The Grawlix is a monthly comedy show that I run along with my friends and fellow comedians Andrew Orvedahl and Ben Roy in our home-town of Denver, Colorado. It has been called Denver’s best “alternative” comedy show but as any comedy snob will tell you, we don’t like, like to be labeled, man. However, we do enjoy the following quote:
“Easily the best, most innovative stand-up night in a town brimming with them.” – The Denver Post
We also enjoy our web-series of the same-name, The Grawlix, which we film with local filmmakers The Nix Brothers (those videos are all up on Funny or Die, or see link below).
Occasionally, we pack up the wagon and take the live Grawlix show on the road! To date we have performed at the Bridgetown Comedy Festival, Riot LA Festival, The NY Comedy Festival, SXSW, as well as shows all over the country. You should come out and see a show sometime somewhere! More specifically, if you’re in Denver, come witness our amazing, fire(dick joke)-juggling act the last Friday of every month at the Bug Theater! You shan’t be disappointed.
